1. The service

We provide made-to-order digital vehicle and vessel history reports using records available from third-party sources. Basic, Standard and Premium features and prices are those displayed when you order.

2. Orders and payments

You must provide an accurate identifier and email address. Payments are processed by Whop and its payment partners. Prices are displayed in pounds sterling before checkout, with applicable tax shown where required. Each order is a one-time purchase with no subscription or automatic renewal.

3. Delivery

Reports are normally delivered electronically within 2–8 hours after confirmed payment. Complex searches or source availability can cause delays. If a report has not arrived within 24 hours, contact support and check your spam or junk folder.

4. Accuracy and limitations

Third-party records may be incomplete, delayed or incorrect, and an event may never have been reported. Reports are information and decision-support tools, not guarantees of condition, title, ownership, roadworthiness, value or future performance. Independently verify documents and arrange a qualified physical inspection before a transaction.

5. Acceptable use

Use reports only for lawful purposes connected with evaluating or selling a vehicle or vessel. You must not resell, scrape, systematically copy, republish or alter reports, misrepresent their contents, or use the service to harass, unlawfully monitor or discriminate against anyone.

6. Refunds and cancellation

Our Refund Policy applies, subject always to statutory consumer rights. If you expressly request immediate digital supply during a statutory cancellation period, the legal effect of that request and your acknowledgement will be explained at checkout.

7. Intellectual property

The website, report design, branding and original content are owned by or licensed to Vehicle History Audit. Purchase gives you a limited right to use the report for its intended purpose.

8. Liability

Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights relating to digital content that is not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for an order is limited to the amount paid for that report, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential business losses.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms prospectively. The version displayed at purchase applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, mandatory local consumer protections and access to your local courts remain unaffected.
